PHILOSOPHY & HISTORY
Historically, Ebony Urban Property Management (EUPM) served as the in-house property management division to properties owned and operated by Ebony Holdings, LLC and the Williams Family. In 2005, EUPM contracted its first third-party client and since has provided excellent management service. Our value added to clients is attributed to our in-depth and first-hand understanding of real estate investment, ownership, and leasing. Our experience managing over 70,000 sq. ft. of privately-owned property provides us with a unique prospective over other third-party management firms. We have the capabilitiy to service owners, tenants, and owner-occupied clients with a special attention to detail that will bring value to all parties. EUPM is a certified Minority Business Enterprise.
